Water-like

On our planet exist innumerable creatures and diversified materials, among which water is called the source of life. Without water, most species, including human beings, would die out. Actually water is itself very special, as its shape and appearance are variable all through the world.

 

In order to cope with the frigid temperatures, water changes into two kinds of forms that are not only well blended in winter, but also widely taken advantage of by our communities. 

 

What are those? 

 

The first one is SNOW. In a flower-like shape, each flake of snow seems like an art piece, painting the winter with its white color.  When the temperature is cold enough, the clouds in the sky transform into snowflakes, as if a witch is using the art of metamorphosis. Though people rarely deny its formation process in physics, we all prefer to describe such a scenery in fairy-tale colors. Different from the water vapor in the air, snow is the solid state of water, which can be held in hands, shaped in balls, used for Olympic games, etc. Snow did and do entertain most people around the world in Winter. 

 

The other one is ICE, which is more widespread in modern life. When the temperature drops down to the critical point, liquid water starts freezing and turning into ice. Thanks to the development of technology and science, most modern families can get ice simply from their refrigerators at home. It's not a noble's privilege to eat ice cream on a hot summer day, although an ice rink is usually built by the wealthy. The accessibility of ice leads to its explosion in all walks of life: Ice is widely used in fields like scientific research, medical treatment, health care, electric appliances, etc. 

 

What really amazes us is the liquid state of water, including sea, river, lake, pond, stream, creek, waterfall, spring, fountain, dew, rain... Sea is the home of a lot of fauna and flora, but man cannot drink sea water directly. Freshwater is relatively scarce but vital for most land dwellings. No matter what kind of liquid water evaporates into the air, the clouds or fog gather, protecting us from harsh surroundings. At the proper time, the precipitation happens and the water comes back onto the earth again, which can be very nourishing for some areas.

 

All in all, no matter what kind of form it's in, no matter where it stays, no matter which phase it experiences, water is always as valuable as a trove of treasure for us. If an individual, like water, keeps perseverance in his or her entire life, he or she must be a venerable one. If a company, like water, does so all the time, it will be a great one. We always are on the way.  

Sea water and the Sea

Warmth enveloped in spring's buds restrains its energy for the prosperity in full bloom. Rain is currently busy plowing the frozen land, nourishing the soil, and washing the winter coat. Sunshine, like a playful child, runs wild during the interval between the intermittent rain times and keeps itself aloof from the masses under the supervision of the cool spring rain. The weather in spring varies largely, which causes the variance in the temperature around us.

Modern industrial development has brought about convenient modern life, and unexpected contamination at the same time. We have to live with the excessive emission of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, or so-called "sweet gas," etc. When the modern atmosphere encounters the fluctuating temperature, something unpredictable happens. For example, contagious diseases like COVID-19, air pollution like the threatening PM 2.5, and many other global issues have become increasingly active in some areas. 

What a fortunate thing to have a considerate companion around! One always stands by whenever you need help. Someone may say, "Yes, there is one already." That's why, I think, most people are addicted to playing with their smart phones or computers nowadays. There is innumerable software at your service which can answer almost all your questions. Some of my friends said, it was awesome to watch the sunrise, especially in winter, due to the late dawn in the morning. However, the sun shone through the clouds when I went out of my room at half past six this morning as if the brilliant sunshine was looking forward to celebrating the special day with us. 

Apart from the last one, this Monday is a particularly special day. As usual, I went for an energetic breakfast, but in a new store near our office building, in which I had a wonderful experience. Their intimate services and tasty food warmed my heart on such a popular day.

Enclosed by happiness, let's recount some valuable sentences together:

Everyone is born with the right of pursuing happiness, which is, in my opinion, why today, Valentine's Day, is so special for nearly everyone. 

How to pursue happiness on earth today? After the evolution of multiple generations, there are diversified ways for us to select from, . In conclusion, two preeminent means stand out: "No pay, no gain!" or "No pain, no gain!"

Compared with the old saying "No pain, no gain!", the modern one "No pay, no gain!" is more practical within a limited time period, like a day. For example, one guy might have been cultivating a pot of roses for his dream girl since several months ago and surprised her with only a cluster of needle leaves this morning, while another one just spent half an hour choosing a huge bunch of various roses online for his girlfriend and amused her greatly. Modern life teaches us, happiness can be efficient! 

Of course, we can pay sincere and gain friendship as well. But for today, I'd like to suggest you pay more than that and gain what you really want. You may write something special to the one you haven't gotten in touch with for a long time, expressing yourself, when a phone call seems harum-scarum. Competition culminates in Win-Win

The intermittent rain spins with the cold air unscrupulously these days, as if the happiness felt while the jubilant winners hold their trophies mixes with the dismay among other participants. Matches of the Olympic Winter Games have been a big boon for those passionate sport-lovers. Without worrying about being tanned, each athlete is well equipped for the icy and fiery battlefield. The champions usually dominate the live programs, though no competition runs with only one participant.

Business competition is somehow similar, but not the same. We, human beings, are currently standing at the top of the food chains, mastering the lives of all the other species on our planet. With an unprecedented amount of population, our society consists of all kinds of markets, which should benefit everyone in terms of their sustenance. Therefore, our business competition has to culminate in a win-win outcome. 

Our product aims to be beneficial for the users, ourselves, and even our competitors. 

Without a complex hierarchy, our strength lies in cohesion. The maximum efficiency is guaranteed by the appropriate assignment: Each job is done by the nearest and most competent person. This cuts the product development life cycle greatly, bringing about much lower costs for us. Meanwhile, our customers will spend less money with a better user experience. The New Version comes shortly

Just like yesterday, the first thing in the morning today is task assignment. What's the difference is that the tasks today are more systematic, which will guide my work the entire month. Unlike the days before the Spring Festival, I now have to do more preparations, while I stayed in the office and tested until the last minute before the holiday.

Our work is following the procedures. Our new version is coming!

However, what do we do? What kind of help can our product offer?

Our product is named SpinnerChief, which has nothing to do with spinner and chief. What's behind the name is a versatile software, more than ten years' old. Someone might have known the previous versions of SpinnerChief, or bought one already; someone might have unsubscribed it, or left us complaints already; but no one could have seen the new version, as if an embryo lies in the womb, nobody can get his or her all-sided features.

Let's put it here. There are three major functions, indeed: paraphrasing, grammar checking, and summarizing.

The newest version has inherited the precious experience from our predecessors. We keep our paraphrasing not only automatically, but also naturally. Besides, we have also improved our strengths by equipping our product with the latest technology. Even with the change of words and sentence structures, the current paraphrasing process is much faster than the previous ones. The voice of complaint about the complex and instable systems would die down.

Our grammar checker exceeds many of the other competitors currently, although there is still a gap between us and perfection. It will take a quick look at your article, mark and note your errors. Publish After Holiday

Involuntarily opening the eyelids, groping for some water, thinking about the queer thing somewhere strange, I got up NORMALLY. The sky was still dark as usual, because it was the early morning of a day. As an ordinary commuter, I would have to take the subway to my office building later. Almost everything is normal, but not all. Actually, I'd just experienced the Spring Festival without waking up early for the last whole week.  

Bed, cold; Wind, wet! It has been raining outside, discontinuously, since yesterday morning. I was a bit rusty at packing, as if all my stuff were playing hide-and-seek with me, stubbornly avoiding my touch. The raindrops got in the way of my thinking, obscured the dimension of the Time, and enclosed my lingering in the room, fumbling.

You're blessed to have someone with a clear-mind nearby when you are caught in something! I was lucky to possess one; my father, who began working yesterday, awaited my coming. 

An energetic day starts with an energetic breakfast. However, it would be disastrous if one overestimates her appetite. The queer thing crept into my mind again, and continued to hamper my progress...

"Everyone's ready?"

A sound thundered within our group, and I focused on my computer screen once again. You cannot get anything done without anything planned. A well-organized to-do list was delivered, highlighting each assignment for us all. It seems our boss and team leaders have already functioned. What a rich day!

After repeatedly testing and improving, the new version of our product is ready. It seems as if an athlete, who took a long holiday, wandered, hesitated, got lost... but now prepares himself well and stands with the other competitors at the outset over again.  He may be as rusty as a sleepy woman in the early morning, but no race concludes right at the first minute.  Perseverance and reflection make the length of the way. What we can do is to continually perfect ourselves and keep pace with the others. 

Work, I mean something meaningful not only to oneself, but also to others, brightens the life, while the power of a vacation is hard to deny.
