Beyond that, we'd better make a clear list of how to reach each objective, including specific time frames and locations, what resources we need, and whether there is any help from others required.

Third step: Inspecting

Do not check your schedule at the end of this year. After planning, please set a clock when you should have finished a tiny task. There must be various changes during the actual process, as no one can predict everything in advance accurately. We can adjust our schedule during our implementation to guarantee our dream's coming true.
