Our company is located in a special city—Chongqing, a mountainous city. With splendidly beautiful scenery, it ranks high among China's tourist attractions, and seduces hundreds of thousands of travelers every year. What makes it even prettier than many other inland cities is that Chongqing flanks the upstream of the Yangtze river, right next to the well-known Three Gorges. Beyond such an enviable factor, Chongqing possesses a huge population, of around 30 million people, which makes our daily life busy and competitive.
Like one crucial component of a complex system, our company roles as a creative and practical part, with every talented member working hard. It just takes me less than five minutes to walk from the metro station to our office building every morning. Our current office is on the twelfth floor, the top floor of the whole building. It is comfortable, convenient, and compact, where everyone can work attentively and freely.
Innovation plays a vital role in our daily work so that we don't lag behind other IT companies. Brilliant ideas always bring about hopeful perspectives and generate even more profits for our firm. So, except for analyzing the trends in the current market, studying the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors, and assessing the opportunities and threats to ourselves, we learn from our work, concentrate on improvements, and create new solutions.
For many people, to invent a software is both exciting and challenging, but patience is the key, to be honest, to complete our daily tasks routinely. A tiny error might cause a large-scale exception, result in doubly workload. Regular inspection and frequent communication seem indispensable. Fortunately, I have a number of congenial peers here, which contributes to relatively high work efficiency, though tiffs are sometimes hard to avoid.
So far, so good! If there is something lucky for everyone around the world, having a satisfactory job should be one of the top ten. And what's more, there is a crowd of people nearby trying their best to accomplish the same goal.
